The School Booking Package is valid for new event bookings made between 29 January - 13 April 2026. All new event bookings must strictly be held between 1 - 24 April 2026 between Monday to Friday for sessions prior to 4pm. The School Booking Package is for an Original screening. Private Screenings are available for Original screens with a minimum of 80 to 100 guests depending on the location. Food and beverage not included in package. Combos offered cannot be substituted, replaced or amended. Not valid for frozen Coca-Cola drinks or flavoured popcorn. Additional Food and Beverage items can be purchased at the expense of the guest. Items subject to availability. The School Booking Package cannot be amended or altered. The School Booking Package is valid for bookings at any Event Cinemas, BCC, GU Film House & Greater Union locations. The School Booking Package is available for sessions until 24 April 2026 and only available Monday to Friday for sessions prior to 4pm. Blackout dates may apply. Not valid on Public Holidays. The School Booking Package is not valid on films with advance screenings. The School Booking Package session date, start times and films are subject to availability. The Private Cinema for School Booking Package requires a minimum of 80 to 100 students per cinema dependent on location, with 1 teacher/parent/guardian required for every 10 students/child. The School Booking Package is only available for School Groups, Vacation Care Groups or Childcare Groups. The School Booking Package must be booked and requested in writing by emailing [email protected]. The School must be confirmed at least 5 full business days prior to the date of your School Booking Package. Full payment is required to confirm and secure booking once all details are agreed upon. All bookings are final and cannot be rescheduled once confirmed. School Booking Package is not available for use at Skyline Drive In, Moonlight Cinema or Village Cinemas. Not valid for Gold Class, Boutique, V-Max, IMAX, 4DX, ScreenX, Event Junior or Premium Seating concepts. Not valid with any other promotion or offer. School Booking Package does not qualify to earn Cinebuzz points.
